Hiraki Localization（屋号。運営者：開 宗弘。以下「当方」）は、お客様の個人情報を適切に保護することを重要な責務と考え、以下の方針に基づいて取り扱います。

1. 取得する情報

• お問い合わせ・お見積もりフォーム：お名前、メールアドレス、会社名、ご相談内容
• ニュースレター登録：メールアドレス
• サービスのお申し込み・決済：お名前、メールアドレス、請求に必要な情報（クレジットカード情報は決済代行会社が処理し、当方では保持しません）
• アクセス情報：Cookie、IPアドレス、ブラウザ・デバイス情報、閲覧ページなど（アクセス解析を通じて自動的に取得されます）

2. 利用目的

• お問い合わせ・お見積もりへの対応
• サービスの提供および納品
• 料金の請求・決済処理

3. 外部サービス（委託先）への提供
